What TuneSplit does
TuneSplit generates original songs and instrumentals from your descriptions or lyrics with AI models, writes lyrics, separates audio you upload into stems, measures tempo and key, changes pitch and speed, and renders lyric videos.
Your songs and licence
- Songs made on the free tier are for personal, non-commercial use (sharing with friends, personal social posts without monetisation, practice).
- Songs made while you have an active paid plan, or with purchased credits, may be used commercially: monetised YouTube, podcasts, ads, games, apps and streaming distribution. The licence for those songs stays valid after you cancel.
- AI output can resemble existing music by chance. You are responsible for checking that your use doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and for the lyrics you write or paste.
What you may not do
- No voice cloning, no "AI covers" and no prompts asking to imitate a real, named singer or artist.
- No lyrics that harass people, sexualise minors, promote violence or hate, or infringe someone else's lyrics. Lyrics are checked automatically and a request can be refused.
- Only upload audio you own or have the rights to process. Don't use the vocal remover or stem splitter to redistribute other people's recordings.
- No automated or abusive use; we may limit or block it.
Uploads
Files you upload to the vocal remover, stem splitter or vocal isolator go to private storage, are processed only to give you the result, and are deleted within 24 hours together with their stems. They are never used to train models. The BPM finder, pitch changer and lyric video maker work inside your browser and do not upload your file.
Free limits
Free use includes 30 credits a day, 5 lyric generations a day and 3 stem files a day of up to 10 minutes each. We may change free limits for new usage at any time.
Payments
- Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay; Stripe processes the payment.
- Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period. Monthly plan credits don't roll over.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and stay valid for 12 months.
- Credits for a failed generation or split are returned automatically. For any other problem, email hello@tunesplit.app.
Copyright & DMCA
If you believe a song, share page or other content on TuneSplit infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@tunesplit.app with: the work you own, the URL of the content on TuneSplit, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing share pages promptly and disable repeat infringers.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. AI output varies and can contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
