What no sign-up means on this site
There is nothing to join. TuneSplit has no registration form, no password, no Google or Apple sign-up and no email field in front of the generator. The first time you press Create, the site gives your browser a random anonymous ID in a cookie. Your free credits, your songs and any later purchase are attached to that ID.
That is the honest meaning of no sign-up here: nothing is asked of you, but something small is remembered. If you clear your cookies or switch to another browser, you start as a new visitor with a fresh 30 credits and no history.
Because there is no email on file, there is also no password reset. The only recovery route is a recovery key, which the site shows once after a purchase so you can restore a plan, credits and songs on another device.

What most free generators put behind a sign-up
The phrase free AI music generator covers very different products. Before you invest time in a tool, it helps to know which doors tend to close the moment you try them. These are the gates that appear most often on free music generators in general, so you can test any site against them.
- Registration before the first listen. The page looks free, but the generate button opens a sign-up box.
- Download locked behind sign-up or a plan. You can play the song in the page, but saving it needs registration, a subscription or a one-off fee.
- Credits that are not songs. A balance of credits is shown without saying how many songs it buys, so you cannot tell what free is worth.
- Short previews instead of full songs. A clip of 30 seconds is offered, and the full length costs money.
- Vocals reserved for paid tiers. Free output is instrumental only, which is not what most people searching for a song generator want.
TuneSplit does not hide anything in the first four. The song generator runs without sign-up, the allowance is stated in songs, you hear full songs rather than clips, vocals are included, and there is no audible watermark on the MP3. The free tier does have limits, listed in plain words further down.
Lyrics to song with no sign-up
A common version of this search is a lyrics to song generator with no sign-up. It works the same way as the describe box, with one extra step.
- Open Advanced under the main box and choose the My lyrics tab.
- Paste your words. Anything from 10 up to 3,000 characters is accepted. Tag the parts with [Verse], [Chorus] and [Bridge] so the model knows where the hook goes.
- Add a title if you like, then choose a style, a mood and a vocal.
- Press Create. You get two versions that sing your words rather than words the system invented.
If you do not have lyrics yet, describe the song and the generator writes them for you, or draft them first in the AI lyrics generator, which gives five free drafts a day and also needs no sign-up. Version A is made by ACE-Step, which is quick, and version B by MiniMax Music v2, which is slower and usually stronger on vocals.
What happens to your prompt and your song
With no sign-up, privacy comes down to a few concrete facts rather than a promise. They are listed here so you can decide before you type anything personal. Nothing in this section is about uploaded files, because the song generator does not take uploads.
Where your text goes
Your description or lyrics are sent to the model provider, fal.ai, only to produce your song. Any lyric or prompt that names a real artist, asks for a voice clone or asks for a cover is rejected, so a request for the voice of a named singer will not run.
Who can hear the song
New songs are private: only your browser can play them. A song becomes public when you press Share, tick Public page or enter it in the Daily Song. After that, anyone who has the link can play it, and so can anyone who has the direct audio address. The share page is set not to be indexed by search engines and is not listed anywhere, but it is not password protected. Untick Public page, or use Make private in My songs, to make it private again.
What is stored
Songs stay available so you can replay and download them from My songs. Credits and purchase records are kept, and so is a hashed form of your IP address for a short time to enforce daily limits. Analytics records that a song was generated, without your prompt or lyrics. To remove a song or everything tied to your browser, you email the contact address on the privacy page.
What is different for uploads
Audio you upload to the separate stem tools is stored privately and deleted automatically. That rule belongs to those tools and does not apply to songs generated here, which are kept until you ask for removal.
Limits that apply even with no sign-up
No sign-up does not mean no limits. These are the real ones, so nothing surprises you after a good first song.
- Three generations a day per browser. Each costs 10 credits and returns two versions, so six songs in total. Unused credits expire at 00:00 UTC and do not carry over.
- A per-network daily cap as well. Free generations are also counted per IP address, at four a day at the time of writing, so clearing cookies will not multiply your songs. On a shared network such as a school or an office, other visitors can use that allowance before you.
- Two minutes per song. Longer songs need a paid plan.
- Personal use only. Free songs are fine for private listening, school projects and non-monetised posts. Monetised videos, ads, client work and distribution need songs made on a paid plan or with purchased credits.
- Original songs only. No voice cloning, no covers of existing songs and no prompts that ask for a named artist. Describe the genre, tempo, mood and instruments instead.
- A global daily budget. The site caps what it spends on free visitors each day. If the budget is used up, free generations pause and the page tells you so.
If a version fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
How to make the most of the free daily allowance
Six songs a day sounds like plenty until the first prompt misses. The allowance is really three attempts, each with two takes, so a little planning pays off.
- Spend attempt one on the idea, not the polish. A single sentence with genre, vocal and one scene is enough. Listen to both versions to see which model understands you better.
- Change one thing for attempt two. If the genre was right but the vocal wrong, change only the vocal.
- Write lyrics outside the generation. Drafts from the AI lyrics generator use a separate allowance of five a day, and editing text is free. Paste the final version into My lyrics for attempt three.
- Put section tags in. [Verse] and [Chorus] marks give the model a structure, which usually matters more than adding adjectives to the prompt.
- Keep your credits for songs. Full-length WAV stems cost 20 credits, which is more than one generation. Use the free 30-second stem preview to check a song first.
- Download the keeper straight away. The MP3 is one click, and your allowance resets only at 00:00 UTC, so there is no benefit to waiting.
Credits are granted the first time you use the site each UTC day, so plan your heaviest session after 00:00 UTC.
Hear what the free tier produces
These are real, unedited generations from the same two models free visitors get. Paper Boats came from MiniMax Music v2: 1:30 long, with a render time of 91 seconds. Lo-fi Study came from ACE-Step: 2:00 long, instrumental, rendered in 11 seconds. Both fit inside the free 2-minute limit.
Expect a first draft that is good enough to share, not a mastered studio release.

Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free AI music generator with no sign-up?
Yes. At TuneSplit you open the page, describe a song or paste lyrics and press Create. There is no registration, email or card. A visitor gets 30 free credits every UTC day, which is 3 generations and 6 songs of up to 2 minutes, each with a free MP3 download for personal use.
Do I need to sign up to download the MP3?
No. The MP3 button on each version downloads the file directly, with no sign-up. Downloads are free on the free tier. The only thing you need is the song itself, which you can reopen from My songs in the same browser, or from its share link if you left the public page switched on.
Does the free version have vocals?
Yes. You choose a female vocal, a male vocal or instrumental, and the free tier includes all three. If you give no lyrics, the system writes them from your description before singing them. If you paste your own, those exact words are sung. Vocals are never reserved for paid plans.
How many songs can I make per day for free?
Six, in three generations. You receive 30 credits every UTC day, a generation costs 10, and each one returns two versions made by two different models. Unused credits expire at midnight UTC and do not roll over. A separate per-network cap also exists, set at four generations a day at the time of writing.
Can I use free songs for YouTube or commercial projects?
Not the free ones. Songs made on the free tier are for personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing with friends or non-monetised posts. Monetised videos, ads, podcasts and client work need songs generated on a paid plan or with purchased credits. Read the Terms page before you publish anything that earns money.
What happens to my songs if I clear my cookies?
Your browser ID is stored in a cookie, so clearing it makes you a new visitor. You get a fresh 30 credits, but My songs no longer lists the old ones. Public songs can still be played from their share links. A recovery key, shown once after a purchase, restores your songs and credits on another device.
Are my prompts and lyrics private?
They are sent to the model provider only to make your song and are not used in analytics. New songs are private until you share them. A shared song can be played by anyone with the link and is not listed in search engines. Untick Public page to make it private again, or email us to delete it.
Can I turn my own lyrics into a song without logging in?
Yes. Open Advanced, choose My lyrics, paste between 10 and 3,000 characters and tag sections with [Verse] and [Chorus]. Press Create and you get two versions singing your words. If you want help writing them first, the AI lyrics generator gives five free drafts a day, also with no sign-up.
How is this different from free tools that make you register first?
The difference is order. Here you generate, listen and download first, and nothing is requested in return. Many other free tools ask for registration before the first song or lock downloads behind a plan. TuneSplit instead enforces limits through daily credits and a per-network cap, which you can see in the table above.
Why was my generation refused or blocked?
Three common reasons. The prompt names a real artist, asks for a cover or a voice imitation, which is not allowed. It breaks the content rules on hate or sexual content involving minors. Or you hit the daily limit for your browser or network. Rewrite the prompt using genre, mood and instruments, or return after 00:00 UTC.
Is the free tier limited to short clips?
No. Free songs are full songs of up to 2 minutes, not 30-second previews. The only preview is for stems of a song you generated: the first 30 seconds are free to hear, and full-length WAV stems cost 20 credits. Paid plans extend the song length to 3 minutes on Pro and 4 on Premier.
Are the paid prices final?
No. Pro at $9.90 a month or $99 a year, Premier at $24.90 a month or $259 a year, and credit packs of 200 for $4.90 or 600 for $12.90 are the current prices; the pricing page always has the latest numbers. The free tier described on this page does not depend on any purchase.
